Getting the picture and sound files

To begin with i gathered the sound files that were required for the site.These i downloaded from my Zen on to the computer into my space on the college server.Then i went online to Google Images and downloaded the required image files to the server.Since my site was Great Guitarist Of The 60s the picture and sound files included Peter Green,Eric Clapton,Jimmy Hendrix,Jimmy Page.

PlanningThe Website

Before the website could go ahead i had to

• plan internal and external links
• create a layout sheet for each page
• create a diagram showing internal and external links
• gather any graphic and sound files

After the planning phase was complete i had to show the lecturer the plans for the above before i started creating the web pages.

Introduction

My name is Stephen Ford i live in Armadale,West Lothian and i am currently studying at West Lothian College in Livingston,West Lothian in Scotland.The course is NQ Computing.I am presently building a website as part of a project in "The Internet" class at college.The purpose of this blog is to inform readers of the progress of the website as it is built.
